About the Role
We're looking for a Licensed Therapist to provide mainly individual therapy services for insured members. This is a W2, part-time position with the possibility of moving into a full-time position. This is a flexible role where you can set your own schedule, and would be ideal for a clinician looking to supplement their current caseload, or maintain work-life balance.
Requirements
Master's degree in a mental health-related field (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Active California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC license in good standing
Resides in California
Active NPI
Paneled or willing to panel with major insurance carriers
Provide evidence-based therapy based on clinical mental health diagnosis and best practices
Strong and timely documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Experience and interest in working with children and/or seniors preferred
Experience with dual diagnosis substance abuse treatment a plus
Versed in evidence based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT)
Experience delivering other modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Narrative, a plus
Experience in community mental health/DHCS a plus
Proficiency in crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment
Experience with telehealth preferred
Spanish-speaking a plus
Complete and updated CAQH preferred
Trauma informed
EMDR or Brainspotting trained a plus
Ability to begin within ~30 days of hire date and start gradually building a caseload
(Working date dependent on insurance credentialing timelines)

Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions
Conduct intake assessments and collaborate with clients on treatment planning
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner per insurer requirements
Maintain ethical and professional standards per BBS guidelines
Coordinate care with referral sources when needed Schedule
Part-time: 5-18 hours/week with possibility of moving into a fulltime position
Daytime, evening, and/or weekend slots available
